A fully Interior design turnkey job in this apartment done by Nicola Conti Interior Designer in Bangkok, Thailand. Home decor mood requested from the client “World Traveller”
This video shows the home decor job done in this apartment at “The Loft” in Bangkok, Thailand.
Doing this amazing interior was a nice challenge, the client suggested to me the home decor mood “World Traveller” to follow and I have made a selection of furniture and decoration works to accomplish his needs.
I played with the warm tone of the raw wood in the living room, designing a custom-made low coffee table using the old recycled railway sleepers.
The special door sticker covers the entrance door with a giant wood section image that reflect the section itself of the wood. A chest of drawers near the sofa has the leather handles like a suitcase, and near the entrance there is a frame with an old airplane, reminding his passion for the flight and the frequent trips he does as an airplane pilot.
Brick wall :
Adding a featured brick wall behind the sofa gives an astonishing warmness. The bricks go up continuously in the upper level of this duplex room with the raw brick tone color
Lighting :
Five special LED wall lamps with a “laser” effect make a nice effect of wall wash lighting on this brick wall. LED downlight is behind the headboard of the bed as well, with a special effect on the brick wall.
Curtains :
A touch of elegance is given by very long 5-meter fabric curtains in the big windows, who lets the natural light comes into the room
TV cabinet :
Suspended TV storage cabinet is pretty geometric and has minimal design. It can be used as a library and a storage space for objects and TV accessories. Doors are in melamine with a nice raw wood pattern with a material touch.
The bedroom is warm and comfy and from the glass, the balcony can be seen on the lower floor and the big window in all his amazing tall size.
